Ingredients:
8 oz fresh whole mushrooms

2 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch slices

1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch slices

10 cherry tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp Watkins Garlic & Parsely Grapeseed oil

1 tbsp Watkins Italian Seasoning

1 tsp Watkins Seasoning Salt

1 tsp Watkins Italian Pepper

Grated Parmesan Cheese- to taste

Cooking Instructions:
Toss first 8 ingredients together in a large bowl. Thread vegetables on metal skewers; grill until crisp & tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
