Ingredients:
This simple muffin recipe provides 1/8th cup of milled (17 grams) flaxseed per muffin.

All purpose flour 1 1/2 cups (I use half wheat and half white)
ground flaxseed 1 1/2 cups
brown sugar 3/4 cups
baking powder 1 Tblsp
Watkins nutmeg 3/4 tsp
Watkins cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp
milk 2 cups
egg 1 egg

Cooking Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients, stir until well mixed. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray or use pan liners. Fill with batter until 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 25-30 minutes.
