Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (1 stick) softened
2 tbsp Watkins Chipotle Liquid Spice
1 tsp Watkins Fire Pepper
2 lbs Sirloin Steak
Watkins Chipotle Liquid Spice
to taste
Watkins Grill Seasoning to taste
Watkins Fire Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Combine butter, Liquid Spice and Fire Pepper in a small bowl; set aside. Rub both sides of steak with Liquid Spice; sprinkle with Grill Seasoning and Fire Pepper.

Grill or broil to desired doneness. Cut into serving-sized pieces; place a dab of butter on each serving while still hot to allow it to melt tantalizingly into each piece.
Additional Comments:
Chipoltle Liquid Spice and Fire Pepper lend a bold, smoky flavor to this steak. We kept the seasoning level down for minimalists who believe in enhancing, rather than masking the steaks flavor; if you like it hot, feel free to add more.
